1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all persons who access or use the wa999 platform in any capacity. Access to wa999 constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1.2 wa999 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 These Terms should be read alongside the wa999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with wa999. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

2.2 You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of wa999 is lawful in your location. wa999 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

2.3 Each individual may only hold one (1) active account on wa999. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.

2.4 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must update your details promptly if any information changes. wa999 may require documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment methods at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wa999 account login credentials, including your password. wa999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 wa999 staff will never ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to wa999 immediately.

3.4 All transactions conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you personally — are your responsibility unless you have notified wa999 of an account compromise in advance of those transactions occurring.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Banking

4.1 wa999 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200.

4.2 Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT (cryptocurrency). wa999 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with or without notice.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your wa999 account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. wa999 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation — including government-issued ID and proof of payment method — before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; wa999 targets processing within 15 minutes to 24 hours for mobile wallet withdrawals.

4.5 wa999 may decline, delay, or reverse a withdrawal request if it suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms. In such cases, wa999 will notify the player and may freeze the relevant account pending investigation.

4.6 Funds deposited into your wa999 account are intended for gaming purposes only. wa999 is not a bank and does not pay interest on account balances. wa999 is not a money service business and does not facilitate currency exchange.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 wa999 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be stated at the time the promotion is advertised.

5.2 Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance on your wa999 account and cannot be withdrawn as cash until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings derived from that bonus.

5.3 wa999 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting or hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any systematic exploitation of promotional terms. wa999 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where abuse is suspected.

5.4 wa999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are made at wa999's sole discretion and no player has an entitlement to any specific bonus.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1 All bets placed on the wa999 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the sport or event on which you are betting. cricket betting markets, including PSL, bilateral T20 series, and ODI competitions, are governed by wa999's cricket betting rules, which may be updated from time to time.

6.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player except where wa999 expressly permits this through a cash-out or similar feature.

6.3 wa999 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it determines that a technical error, data feed malfunction, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, stake amounts will be returned to the player's balance.

6.4 The use of automated betting software ("bots"), scripts, or any third-party software that places bets or interacts with wa999 systems in an automated manner is strictly prohibited. wa999 reserves the right to immediately suspend and terminate any account found using such tools and to void any associated winnings.

6.5 All live casino games on wa999 are provided through certified third-party live studio operators. Game outcomes are determined by verifiable real-world events (physical cards, physical roulette wheels) and are not manipulable by wa999 or any player. RTP figures for slot games reflect certified long-run theoretical averages and individual session outcomes will vary.

7 Prohibited Uses

8 Account Closure & Termination

8.1 You may close your wa999 account at any time by contacting wa999 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements, provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations exist.

8.2 wa999 may suspend or permanently close your account at its discretion if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or if wa999 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In cases of confirmed fraud, wa999 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account.

8.3 Players who have self-excluded through wa999's responsible gaming tools may not re-register or circumvent their exclusion during the self-exclusion period. Attempts to do so will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance associated with the circumventing account.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 wa999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wa999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Technical issues, including server outages, may occur from time to time.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wa999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.

9.3 wa999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power failures, government actions, or acts of God.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 wa999 is committed to responsible gaming and takes active steps to assist players who may be experiencing gambling-related harm.
